MEDIUM-PRESSURE

A medium-pressure bed will have purple high-pressure lamps over the face and white low-pressure tube lamps over the body. These beds are considered “medium-pressure” beds because of the combination of lamps used. A medium-pressure bed is much better than low-pressure units because of the higher quality of light that is emitted over the delicate skin of the face (high-pressure beds are still the best).
